Hey am new to the site, just wondering if these sports manifolds are any good? Seem like a decent price

Also raceland coilovers are these anygood?

I have a 2000 172 that i am building as a cheap track toy so dont want to go daft on spending money but dont want complete crap also

standard manifold is fine, cheap coilovers are only good enough for road use

Agree with the above. Seeing as how this is your track toy avoid the Racelands, if you want something cheap go for the sportlines/whiteline arb combo. Also get a project thread going.
