Thought it would be a good idea to have a thread with the different "real world" examples of DB coming from different exhaust setups to give people an idea.
obviously there are many variables to what db YOUR car will put out compared to another but just as a bench mark really.
Im currently looking at getting a new exhaust for my 182 and although the site listed db reading (KTEC) it doesn't say if its with or without cats etc.

KTR Centre line
Supersports: Idle - 67db, 4500rpm - 86db, 6500rpm - 89db (15kgs)

Ultra Performance
Supersports: Idle - 67db, 4500rpm - 87db, 6500rpm - 91db (14.5gks)


KTR janspeed
Super Sports System - Straight Through Centre Section. (11.6kgs)
Db Super Sports - Idle 65db - 4,500 RPM - 86db


so just looking for suggestions, aswell as creating a thread for people in the future.

My Milltek Non-Res with decat, as tested at Oulton Park held at 5000rpm:

94db

My resonated Scorpion RS192 with decat was only 87db at Oulton.

Mine is the same as Niall's.

I've had it read as low as 87db and as high as 98db at the same track!

My stealth BTB, with Cat and backbox, 95db at Brands

Pure race system and decat. 92-95db's across a lot of circuits.
