I might just keep the trophy asthe market is too slow out there and i've had lots of timewasters.

Its probley the most fun car i've had so i'm in two minds on what to do.

Plans are.

Bonnet . Front and Rear bumpers painted to freshen them up.
Refurb the Trophy wheels.
Freshen the Dampers Up
Half Cage Painted Trophy Red.
Half leather Rear Seats.
Flocked dash.
Supercharge it ( i want between 300-350bhp )
Red Harness.
Mark Fish Lowering Kit

I can get the money together just thinking is it worth it,

i think its worth it would be amazing! i thought supercharger conversions get around 250bhp! what are you plans to push 300bhp?

I think Im going to do it the whole lot , well you can push more bhp if you get the piston's ,Rods etc done .

Very nice car.. Sounds good except for the flocked dash - they look awesome but are a b**ch to keep clean!.. and if your going to cage it - cage it, you'll regret only having half a cage if you roll it

Out of interst have you sprayed the diamond black since this pic was taken? I had a little play with a trophy on the M62 on Sun with an almost identical plate to yours

Supercharge it ( i want between 300-350bhp ) - Get alot less than that from a s/c + it's 4k. Do you really want to spend that.
Red Harness. - May look good.
Mark Fish Lowering Kit - Makes the car VERY stiff by all accounts but I think it'll be worth it if it's just for fun and weekend car.

I can get the money together just thinking is it worth it,

Most things ive put down jamie its to bring it back to its factory condition because after ive done everything im going to get it detailed.

its just weighing up if certain things are worth it for the cost, then again its your car.

the only modded trophy i liked was mike_182s, he will probably have pics of it.

Just had a chat with Rs tuning in leeds to get a quote , Booking it in around 2 weeks time.

Yup that was me - drove past, thumbs up, then pulled off to go to Manc.. i'd have played for alittle longer if it wasnt for the fact that my tyres were practically bald..

Its a prospeed system but ive taken out the small silencer and the renault cat , you can notice the performance with it on.

I was Flying at one point round bends etc , I spotted you ages away so caught up dont no if you noticed haha

4k at the end of the day is only 4k its alot of cash but not in the big sceame of things ie a house ect. if everyone had the same opinion cars would never get turbocharged supercharged or itb'd. i say if you want sumthing that much then just do it. then lend it to me lol

There is nothing wrong with the market. The market dictates prices. Your price is obviously not market price. Lower the price and it will sell.

What you really mean is, you dont want to sell at market value.

My price was fine had lower millage than the others and had full history , Markets not that good at all as steve Murr will tell you , he's had a few and had problems shifting so your quote is incorrect.

I work in the car trade my car price was not high for the condition and millage.

If it was too high why would steve murr want to buy the car at one point for 6600 ..then he would have had his mark on it ..

Well in that case...Have you been on track with it? Why does it need a supercharger?

Why you getting a 1/2 leather rear bench for it? Surely you just take the un needed weight out.

Not having a go, just i saw your advert in the for sale section "no offers" and all that and now your talking about spunking a whole load on it. Especially if your wanting Over 300HP.

whats your point trying to make ? No offers means at 7k with 30k with both belts done was a bargain as some have higher millage and still have not had the attention that it had ,

its just my opinion as everyone can say what they want when they want.

I work in the car trade and i know what it was worth i wasted a whole day for once chap who drove 200 miles + to say ive got 6k .. i just waved at him.

I have had alsorts of cars VXR ASTRA , GOLF R32 .etc etc ..i like the trophy its a car that makes me smile how it handles i just love it , i want it to be quicker thats all.

also seen this done in a Corsa B. My mate on migweb currently has a Z20LET Turbo Astra running around 350, In fact he has a rolling road meet on the 27th at awesome GTI where that 500bhp Tigre will also be attending
