Trophy in Brighton New Years Day

Trophy spotted reversing into the front of a silver Honda Civic (I think) around 1pm on New Years Day in traffic by the Old Steine near Brighton Pier...

I was on my way to the Fatboy Slim gig and you just put it in reverse and backed straight into the car behind you for no reason it seemed, was this anyone on here.....

Finally!!! I've been spotted. What a shame it was doing the daftest thing I've ever done in my life (in or out of the car). As I said on ClioTrophy, it must have had a cloaking device, because I checked the rear view mirror, went to change lanes (everyone in Brighton drives in the right hand lane even if they are turning left - quite annoying) was looking in the passenger door mirror to make sure no-one was zipping up the inside lane and beep, bump. It was a massive shock to hit a car that a second before didn't exist in my mind. Anyway there was absolutley no damage to my car, but his little Jazz was a write-off (no, not really but I think he wants a new front apron out of it - fair enough really).

I think I must have looked straight through his car, really bizarre and complete schoolboy error. If someone had done it to me I would have been fuming, but we were both just a bit confused.
