UKDM DC2, few new pics.

Got some new wheels for the DC2 last week nice and cheap with half decent tyres so went for it. Suit the car I think, bit bigger so fill the arches better etc.

Went for a blast in the peaks earlier with a mate, nothing special but whatever!! Not too shabby for 102,658 miles!

Future plans:

New recaro bolster
Machine polish when I find someone who will actually do it
Windscreen removed and then refitted properly
Needs another oil change at some point soon
Air filter
Front discs and pads

Then I'll be selling up!

Basically because I thought I would keep the car longer than I am not planning to, so it would be worth it, and I'm 90% to having a minter now, may as well finish it off!
Got bumped into at work in it on the rear bumper, so needed a new one of those, plus with the faded roof, spolier and bootlid I thought I may as well just have the whole car repainted. Got JDM rear lights on aswell (if you spotted?!) as the standard ones started to let water in, and UKDM ones go for far too much money!

I like these as they are a bit bigger, fill the arches better

Standard wheels look better, but these aren't bad.. Like my Iggys colour combo!

What wheels are they? They look very similar to ones u find on newer Celicas.

I like the UKDM more than the JDM too!

Dunno what wheels they are, maybe team dynamics.
With wanting to sell it, I don't want to spend tons on it, standard wheels were lookign shabby, and needed 2 new tyres, so thats about £300. These wheels with decent tyres in mint condition cost me £140.

JDM wheels are 16's (same as the new ones) but are a fair bit more money which I don't want to spend.

As above, lowering + JDM rims would have been 500-700 quid, rather put that towards a machine polish and then the next car.
The suspension is stiff enough for me as standard, a lot more so than the H&R's I had on my 182.
