Unknown plug hanging from center console, help!

I removed the curved piece of trim below the climate control and an unknown plug to me dropped down. I've attached a photo of it.

Does anybody know what this plug is used for? It has the same type of plug that is used on the speakers. Only has two wires, grey and violet (looks pink in pic)

Its just there for other climate contol units should be another one somewhere behind there just hide it.
