Uploading FlickR pics

Hi, Is there an easier way to upload the pics??

Also how can you make a pic on flickR your Avatar pic??? I clicked on the smallest one and copy/paste over but say's its invalid?

The flickr uploadr tool is good for uploads (from yahoo). Lightroom does it too.
