URGENT electrical problem! fuse/relays?

OK basically was installing an led number plate illumination light when i touched the 2 wires and managed to cause a short circuit i think as now the number plate light and left side rear light do not work! all other lights/electricals seem to be working alright!

Ive checked all the fuses with avometer and they seem alright!! Now what could it be?!! I know nothing about car electrics, are there any relay switches? where are they located and how do i reset them if so?! is it worth disconnecting the battery for a bit?!

I need my car in working order asap please someone help!

it'l be a fuse mate check them again..

Defo a fuse! Get the handbok out and it will tell you what fuses do what, pull the light ones out and check!

Just swapped bulbs over still happening!

Maybe im not checking the fuses right? :S my dad used an avometer (sp?)

do i have to turn all lights off / disconnect battery when im checking fuses?

no just don't turn on the ignition and leave the lights off, just check all the bloody fuses lol

Checked em all....nothing

Then rechecked them...nothing



Checked em one final time























f**king fuse!!!! replaced and its fine now...
