URGENT HELP!! MY CUPS f**kED!!!!!!

Guys i need some advice urgently.

On my way down to Herne Bay bout an hour ago, car felt a bit sluggish but didnt think anything of it, humming along in 4th, went up to about 4k beofre i shifted up to 5th.......as i looked behind i saw a huge white bluie cloud of smoked billowin from the back of me car, put my foot down a bit and another one. After the second one it didnt happen again, and hasnt since, under acceleration or anything. It still feels sluggish (kinda) but still pokey! wtfs goin on!?!?!?!?!?! i had sunnies on so didnt looks clearly but when i pulled into a garage a guy came up to me sayin "mate a huge cloud of blue smoke was comin out ya car back there!" altho like i say it seems ok now.

Any ideas greatly appreciated

Wait, if its still moving, its burning oil, and its either your rings or valve seals..youll get power loss like you say. I dont understand why its happened though..

or have a look at the water and see if it looks oily.. could just be oil leaking into a cylinder though. (as in headgasket)

when mine went on the corsa, smoked poured everywhere, there was no oil in the car by the time i stopped and there was a loss of power!

so i reckon it is the head gasket which not under warrenty is bout £600 for a bit of rubbery seal!

fair play havin a look at the filter!

Yeah she is still runnin, actually very well if it was the gasket....isnt the car f**ked and wont go anywhere if its that! i drove another 20 miles after this happened, and booted her a bit, just a bit sluggish.

Mate its probably just oil leaking into the combustion chamber, not the end of the world. Ill give you a bell after work? Your at Herne then..or back home?

in herne bay. The oil filter look ok, altho i didnt take it off! didnt really pay attention to the temp gauge

ok temps ok, just switched it on, hasnt really had time to cool down, revd it some and it wont go above half way on the gauge, which is where it alwas sits!! grrrr

ok and its not leaking, just checked! but fappin hell to make tyhe day betta......i rolled it slighty off the handbreak down the drive to look for any oil underneath and stop it dead on me mums Shogun! doh so now ive got a ickle indentation on me bumper from her numberplate screw! doh! when it rains it pours!

Didnt someone have this happen on the french trip last year??? Sounds the same.....clouds of white..ish smoke. I believe it was an injector problem.

Do a search...think it was Tony K Lawrence.

only made 161bhp @ the last RR day...but I found out later that my cold air feed to the Viper had come off and the pipe had fell to bits..(cardboard pipe).

Got a new one now...bigger bore and for free from them nice PiperX boys along with the nice and shiney red ends

Roll on the Power Eng RR day....its where I had it chipped so if it dont make 180bhp again then the teddies are coming out to play!!

dont ask, turned out she was overfilled with oil! doh! A couple of days back the Low Oil light came on. I thought feck for that light to come on it must be near empty! so stopped at the next shell and got a small botlle of the good stuff, the ferrari ultra oil. Only a small one. It turns out, and i quote " it seems your light seems to be malfunctioning sir as the car was nearly a litre too much filled. When we were checkin it it came on again" WTF! anyway they told me they fixed the circuit and drained the oil a wee bit. Im told the oil went through the exhaust system hence the smoke, but it seems to have all gone, but have been told to give her some to see if i can sense any power loss, and iff so then theyll have to go in for a "closer look".

The best part is, since i got her back shes pullin like a fappin train! mayb its just me, and cos the 16s went on the other day but shes neva felt soo quick through the 1st 3 gears!

The funniest part was drivin down to the showroom to pick up my car, i saw a sshhweeet cup goin the other way, also think hey nice plate! hey...............HEY.........thats my fappin plate on my fappin car!!!! CHEEKY SODS! Altho in their defence when they rang me they did say "one of our guys is just gonna take it for a run now that weve drained her some" he was drivin sensibly and only did bout 2 miles so not too bad, altho ive neva seen my car bein driven by someone else! looks sooooo good!

damn rught lucky! yeah i norm check the fappin dip stick every few weeks, but when seein that light i thought feck its low and simple just put a small bottle in! Thats the last time i trust the car! lol!

I never trust the fuel computer either.

It tells me im doing on average 36/38mpg but when i fill it up and work it out its actually 29/30mpg!!! so the miles left to do is wrong. I go by the needle position and never let it get anywhere near the red.
