URGENT HELP.. polybush dog bone mount

in the middle of doing my poly bushes dog bone mount, iv removed the mount and so far iv taken out the largest rubber part out of the mount but the poly bush im trying to put back in doesnt seem to fit in the hole on the mount, the poly bush seems much too big to fit in.. am i suppose to cut the lip off the mount of should it fit in?

No, don't cut it. Plenty of copper grease on, force the 2 sides together, then push the centre sleeve through the middle afterwards.

iv got the smaller of the 2 rubber mounts all in and that fitted lovely but the bigger one, theres no way it will mate up, the hole is just way too small?

your meant to remove the pressed metal ring on the larger side of the mount

cut a line in the metal ring, chisel, hammer, BANG, done!

yep theres the soft metal collar in between the mount and the bush, that needs to come out. use grays method and then it'l work

You have to smash the s**t out of the metal collar you can see in the middle.
