URGENT how the hell do u get the back seats out of a cup?

as in the title, got the bottom part of the bench out easy, but cant get the back of the seat out, i see they slot in on the sides but theres something in the middle..

help!!!

it's a torx bolt that is on the passenger side of the middle of the car, (if that makes sence) if you still have the isofix bar attached you may have to remove that to get at it

(i dont know if you do or not as my bar was taken out way before i removed my seat.)
