V Maxx Rear Shock Top Mount Rubber Bushes

i seem to be getting knocking from the rear suspension on my car, and on inspection im really not happy with the rear top mount bushes. there was a rear strut brace fitted which has not done the bushes any good at all

im assuming the V Maxx bushes are different to the originals? where could i source a new set? google and ebay aren't helping, and there is no sign of spares on the V Maxx website. could i adapt the standard top mounts?
