Valver Alarm Problem

occasionally my alarm goes off for no apparent reason, i thought water might be getting to the circuit board under the aerial but after pulling off the cover its completely dry

it does only seem to happen when its been raining quite a lot, but ive not noticed any leaks, the sunroof seals are all fairly new

anyone got any ideas ?

Mine goes off when its been raining heavily - but then mine doubles as an in-car shower... lol

i think ive figured out that its the bonnet switch thing

basically its all corroded, fell off, and not as it should be, so i think its randomly setting it off

gonna replace that asap and i just hope it works cos today its been doin my head in, wouldnt stop goin off !

replaced it, tested it a bit more and that seems to have been the problem
