valver alternator dying

my valver alternator is slowing dying i think , the battery light keeps coming on wen im driving round and battery woz completely dead about 3 nights ago bin fine since, cheapest quote ive had fitted is 229:dapprove: anyone know anywhere cheaper lol

Try your local motor factors /accessory shop they usually do you a service exchange one and knock a few quid off

i have been ringin round all off them aparently their a pain to get to, hopefully my m8s can have a look and do it at "m8's rates" lol but depends whether there confident

Bonnet and headlight need to come off, can be done in 2 hours.
Alternator is £80 from www.gsfcarparts.com
