Didnt see the Reg but you had a CS sticker and it was a funky green colour (I Think).

It was about 20:30 - 20:45 thinking about it, it could have been him. Had a 3rd Part Exhauet also, didnt really get a good enough look, heard it and by the time i looked up it was almost passed
