well......After 2 weeks of writing an essay thought I'd treat myself and get the car out! Managed to get the Vee out 2 days in a row over the weekend. Saturday went for a drive out to the Lakes with my mate in his Carrera 2 - the Vees are quicker by the way! Went over the Kirkstone (behind a blooming bus!) then droppped down to Ambleside, quick drink at the Waters Edge and then through Bowness, which was heaving! Has my window down and heard one lady boy say to his mum, "Whats that car mummy" The mum replied "It's just a Renault with a bodykit on" - Made me chuckle!
Sunday tried to scrape all of the flies from the previous day off and decided to see what the Renault showroom plates look like on. Pretty cool! Took a couple of pics with them on but forgot to remove them and drove for about 15 minutes through Lancaster with them on....ooops! Needless to say I quickly pulled over and ripped them off. All in all a good weekends driving! Matt.
