Video editing

I have a 2 minute (14mb) video which features some text in the top right hand corner (it's actually someones username in a forthcoming PC game and "he" doesn't want to get a bollocking for breaking the NDA)

Is there a way to blur this name use Adobe Premiere or the likes?

Maybe crop a boarder around the vid, cutting text in half or out completely...

Unfortunately the text isn't at the very edge and cropping the video would remove some aspects I want to keep in.

I was hoping there was an easy blur tool to remove sensitive information from videos.

you can but you have to do it frame by frame or you can overlay a blank square across it, i know it can be done on adobe i just deleted it off my laptop tho sorry
