Washer fuse keeps blowing!

Hi guys i need help urgently. just bought a 53 Clio 1.2 and the fuse for the washers keeps blowing on me. i'll replace it and it'll work fine till i drive away and re-start the engine and it'll have blown again. this fuse controls the front and rear wash along with the rear wiper. has anyone had this problem before its driving me nuts! my hazards also don't seem to work if these are in anyway connected? any help will be greatly appreciated

Best thing to do is to disconnect various components in the circuit to narrow down the problem to a certain component or area of wiring.

theres just the pump isnt there?
