Weird A/C and PAS related problem (182)

If ever I'm maneuvering to park or something that involved turning the wheel alot at low speeds, for some reason the air con turns on.

Anyone have any ideas? There's no reason I can think of as to why the air con turns on, but it only happens when I'm steering a low speeds (like reverse parking).
