Weird habdling problem

Have an old 172ff (52reg) which has started handling weird, particulalry round coners/bends. It feels like the backend is almost slipping away even when taking corners fairly slow? The tyres are newish (only a few months old), checked presure and they've been fitted correctly.

Could it be the suspension? Any other ideas?

suspension . Read more about prblems exactly like you described in the past and i'll give this the best chance
 
Agree with Russ, as soon as I read the thread I thought "shocks are gone".

Yoink it up, take the rear wheels off and have a look around for leaking rear shocks. Not too expensive fella :)

Standard rear shocks are made from kitchen roll tubes held together with selotape. Get them replaced, or glue some coilovers under there :cool:
