Having picked up my 182 yest, i just wanted to praise my dealer (and the kind Renault people) for their good service. Everything happened in time, as promised and was professionally handled.

My 182 came from Wests of Cambridge too. Apart from a loads of kids running riot in a Scenic when i was trying to do the deal, a top service all round.

Dont let them under the bonnet and you will be fine, that is if they can open it of course, the guy tried to open my 172 bonnet buy lifting it the wiper end, they know there stuff!!

I find all dealers are superb up until the point when you sign on the dotted line and drive off their forecourt....
