What are the wires for that sit under the dash? On the passenger side there are two, what look like fuses, over a load of wires. Are they just dash stuff or are they part of my alarm, or both? Im having alarm trouble so i hope they are nothing to do with that as they got disturbed when i took the dash off.

What are the wires for that sit under the dash? On the passenger side there are two, what look like fuses, over a load of wires. Are they just dash stuff or are they part of my alarm, or both?
