What bits do I need to upgrade stock 2008 Clio Campus radio/cassette to radio/cd?

Okay, so I want to upgrade the standard Renault radio/cassette (part no: 8200 467 8031) in my wifes Clio Campus to a Renault radio/cd?

Based on a post in another (French) Clio forum, I think I need a new cable to go from steering remote to display unit and maybe a new display with 2 cable connectors.
I tried to get the part numbers off Dialogys, but can only see my cars rad/cass parts and not the bits needed for the rad/CD.

Current installed parts are:

Renault Radio/cassette - 8200 467 8031
Display Unit - 8200380298
Steering Remote Stalk - 8200 634 231
Radio to Steering Stalk cable - 8200 091 903

Can anyone assist me?
