The only reson why he does not want them is because his replacement wing mirrors arrived from the person who he bought them off with damage to the wirring and the temp sensor etc and are from an older clio so he cant swap his good parts from the v6 to them wich he new before I coverd them as I told him so.
I made him aware of everything and have proof so he has no leg to stand on.
Is this guy for real?!
First off, lets ignore the spelling and grammar etc. This isn't about that. It's about an unhappy customer.
Stop bringing that up, and address the relevant issues here.
Do you really think he just doesn't want them because of wiring and damage?
OR maybe...He doesn't want them because of the poor finish on the carbon!
Also having atleast studied contract law, and taxation at different levels I'd say it's safe to say you are the one with no leg to stand on.
(unless it's a carbon fibre leg, but tbh I wouldn't have much faith in that either if it's your own creation)
It doesn't matter what you said to him, he has his own rights aswell, look at the posts people have made about consumer rights.
Also, he is right, are you registering all of this with HMRC?
To take just 1 of many badges of trade, please see BIM20210, available to all on the HMRC website
"Evidence that the sole object of acquiring an asset was to re-sell it at a profit, without any intention of holding it as an investment, is a pointer to the conclusion that a trade is being carried on."
For case law, please see the website.
Oh btw. If I'm ever in court can someone remind me to hire a yacht designer so I don't get in trouble....Thanks!
