What do you need to put a phase 2 engine into a phase 1?

If i have a phase 1 172 with no engine or loom but i have a complete phase 2 car what would i need to put the engine in to the phase 1 ?

Cable throttle body? phase 1 loom? phase 1 ecu? is that all?
