What do you use to clean and blacken the lower grille?

As above. I've just spend the best part of 2 days washing, claying, washing, machine polishing, EGP'ing and then waxing ready for winter.

My next job next weekend are the wheels and the plastics.

What do I use to really get into the lower grille as it's filthy and what product is durable enough to survive?

for my lower grill i always use a pressure washer then get in about it with a towle of somesort. try and pick away any crap. I dress it up with autoglym bumpercar and finish it off with some show shine. usually sticks well.

Lower grille used to bug the hell out of me !

Clean with a soft brush and some Megs APC, dress with Einszett Vinyl and Rubber care was my process.
