Do you mean a strut brace, it's meant to stiffen up the car.

Meant to have very little effect on a clio though.

They're suppose to stop turret flex whilst cornering. They made a big difference on My Fiesta Zs, i had the front upper and lower. Ive got the front and rear for the 172 but they Dont seem to make as much difference.

Not worth getting unless you like carrying an extra bit of weight for no reason

They've got quite a stiff chassis anyway, but its not going to make it worse so if you like the look of them why not.

ive got one and i did notice a little difference but not a fat lot. got it more really because i wanted one to go with the rest of the engine the fact that it may help a little too is a bonus to me.

Had an OMP on my old clio mk2. Tighten it right up and it defo makes the front of the car feel abit sharper/stiffer.

Rear brace is purely for looking IMO
