what new tyres for front of ph1 172?

my front tyres are shot, on standard 15" rims, they were michelins, not sure how old they are as iv only had the car 3 months, so what tyre should i go for?? been on blackcircles and camskill, prices pretty good for the size 195/50/15. any suggestions, as there are loads to choose from. heard some good stuff on here about hankook evos??

why not go for 205 45 15? or at least 195 45 15 which is standard size for 172 clios

No it isn't 195 / 45 / 16 is standard...... 195 / 50 / 15 compensates for the smaller wheel size so that the speedo isn't out.

Buy Hankook v12's mate. Great tyre and very sensible money.
