what oil do i need?

Previously posted about possible head gasket was told by mechanic he wouldnt go that extreme with it bein the head gasket yet.
He did say it may help if o changed the oil and filter to get rid of any moisture or water what is in the engine
What type of oil do i need and filter?

Its a 2001 clio dynamique ph2 1.2 16v

Id get a genuine Renault filter, and some semi synthetic 10w 40 - a decent make IMO, no matter what engine, always get decent oil.

Don't bother with any engine flush, it does more harm than good
