What shall I choose?

Hey guys

Ive just been paid so thinking of buying something for the clio 182, im goin to order some new number plates tomorrow as the ones on them now look quite worn. So I've got enough money either for 307 splitter or the K-tec panel filter, which one do you think I should get? Is the k-tec panel filter any good? opinions?
