WHAT SHOULD I BUY??

Im a bit new to this site so not sure how to use it properly yet. Im English and Im currently living in Sydney, Australia. I'll be back in England in November. I'm having a lot of time daydreaming about what car to buy when i return.:S I used to own a Clio 1.2 Dynamique, got bored of it and sold it a few years back. Miss it like mad! When I come back I think I'll treat myself to a 197 but haven't seen many in the flesh. I really like black but what's the opinion on what colour looks best??? I already know that I wanna put Renault's own crystal lights on its tail, order it with Xenon's and have it lowered- what's the cost for lowering a 197 by a standard drop of 25mm nowadays?? I'll get some BK604's (possibly) and defo get K-Tec's Cup wing.... Can they do this in any colour or do I have to have it sprayed myself? Any opinion's would be gratefully welcomed, fire away!

My Visa runs out! They don't have the 197 here yet. I know someone with a Civic Type R, got it fully loaded up. I do fancy a 182 tbh. A friend of mine has an '04 53-plate, she lives in Nuneaton, does a loada m'way miles- think there's around 60,000 on it now. Its black, really nice, needs a detail, but she says it feels nicer now and better fuel economy and performance than it ever did. The cost for me to get a loan to buy it over say 2 years means the monthly repayments would be the same as buying a new 197, which I can get with Xenons and Metallic for 239/mth.
On the subject of lowering, is 40mm for a 197 easy to do?? Id like to get 18's sometime maybe.....would they still fit? Had my 1.2 done about 25-30mm, took a few hours, cost me about 200quid incl. VAT.

Yeah that is unfortunate. Lot of 172's around though. I want one when i go home in a few months but not been able to see one in the flesh for ages so that's why I dunno what colour to get. Seems the enthusiasts choice is one of the blue's.......Prefer black personally though.
