What the he'll is wrong with the air con!!??

hey

My air con will not blow cold air, even when set on lowest temp and I have tried it in al a/c options but still I find myself drivin in my boxers due to the heat, and when I don't use the air con because I am gona frazzle it mists up really bad, becomes quite a hazard not being able to see much... So it's either die being cooked or die in a crash not being able to see were I am driving LOL .... Help!! Any1 know what's wrong and have a solution..

would have thought it's cold enough this time of year! lol! Sounds like a faulty climate control unit, surely just blowing in air from the outside will be sufficient in this weather, so it is unlikely to be aircon related.
