What to use on old exhaust

Hi,

I've just replaced the old k-tec exhaust on my car with a super stealth one but can anyone recommend something to get rid of the crap that has built up on it (mainly the black burnt on spot marks) to make it look a bit more presentable before I try selling it. Thanks.

Autosol will bring them up nice and clean,

If you then want to get them mega shiney again I recommend Meguir's Metal Polish

Cleaned up my whole exhaust with it, made it look like new again.

could try whatever you've got (metal polish, t-cut, etc) but that looks like some sort of coating that has been lifted by corrosion?

Steel wool to get rid of the big stuff then finish it with a polishing compound

Think thats what i'll do!!

1500 grit, then a metal polish with wire wool, then something like Super Resin Polish just to finish them off and bring out the shine.

i use G3 all the time on exhausts. does the trick, as would an other compound probably
