Hey guys, doing an oil change soon on my 172 Cup. Been searching the net to see what the best to get! Any ideas? let me know.

I use this i get an extra 15bhp aswell

Elf is the one to go for as it's recomended but it is pricey,
Personally i'd go for this stuff

Na mate, got it a few months ago for £2700. 53 plate 48k with no history, bit of a lottery buy but no problems so far. just put a pipercross induction kit in but been told you loose some power? need to read up on the servicing at 50k, think belts need changed and that?

Good buy imo they usually sell for around the £4.5k-£5.5k mark. Yeah you loose power on the piper cross try putting the standard airbox back on and getting a decent panel filter and your sorted. The belt's need changed ASAP it's every 72k miles or 5 year's which ever one is first shop about and get a quote for them as it's a very pricey job. Pop down to renault and buy another service book and all the info will be inside
