Whats the difference in 172 cup dampers and 172FF ones ?

I was just thinking about the suspension on the Clio 172 Cup.

Is it the suspension springs that are different compared to the 172 FF ones or is it the dampers ?

Or are both setups totally different ?

Slightly firmer dampers with higher lb springs

The springs are 3mm lower than standard 172
