What's the difference (W800i)

I've seen the W800i on Expansys but there are 2 different ones to choose from but I can't tell the difference. One is EU and the othere UK.

probably something to do with what networks they will work on?? fook paying £330 for one, get a contract for £20 a month n get one free!
