Wheel bearing on a 172 Cup? Difficult? Help

  Clio 172 Cup
Has anyone on here had a go at changing the wheel bearing on a clio 172 cup?

I'm changing LF.

I ordered the bearing and got it today and intend to do the work on the weekend. Its the sealed type, not the tapered ones so I take it it's already greased up? (never done this type before)

I haven't got a press so will be using a socket and hammer to whack the old bearing out and the new bearing in, do you think i'll struggle?

Any other pointers?

great! i hope it is the bearing that is gone after all this. are they common?

well will have to get the hub off myself and take it to a garage for someone to press it out, then in again.

thanks for the quick answers.

its easy enough to get the hub off

undo driveshaft nut
undo lower ball joint bolts (easier than seperating the hub from the ball joint)
undo strut bolts

And you best get a spare ABS sensor ready as they are prone to failing when u press the hub, and they are impossible to remove without damaging 99% of the time.
