wheels lossening

  clio sport 182
rite passenger front wheel keeps cuming loose,i have 5mm spacers between the wheel and hub and used my existing bolts for a while,iv now changed the bolts for longer ones but they keep coming loose, would you guys now say its time to change the hub has the threads are nackerd?

Shouldn't be the spacers as ive done the same - 5mm with standard bolts and done a good 3000 miles like that..

i cant see all four holes knackering though :s maybe one of two but not all at the same time

  Dodgy one
Take the spacer off run std bolts for a while, I reckon you have got a dodgy batch of longer ones

A bit of light/medium strength threadlock might help. But it shouldn't really be needed so I'd try and fix the problem - try some different bolts. It could be that the tolerance on the new bolts just isn't quite right and they are just a tiny bit slack.

As said, clean all faces of crap and rust and try them again.

Are they holding at the correct torque?

If they are cheap bolts or if you are overtorqueing them, it could be that the bolt are stretching. Unlikely, but possible.
