wheels on!

  Mk2 Ph1, 1.6 16v Clio

Ok, CV Boot was fine - the grease was just what was left from before! Got a new clip anyway put on for nothin just to make sure.

Put the wheels on myself, tested them on full lock round car park, no scrubbage at slow speeds anyway.

Was gonna take it to Demon Tweeks for them to track it and set it up properly etc but they were very busy and coudlnt do it today - so of course being impatient - i did it myself! OH But Demon Tweeks said I couldnt lower this car at all now with these wheels on - is this right?!?! I was told by people onhere I could lower it by 40mm at least and get no scrubbage on turning wheels.....

Heres a couple of quick pics - havent had time to wash car or anything as my girlfriend is here and shes not impressed that ive spent saturday morning doing it - lol!
They are 205/40/ 17" wheels:

Looking good mate - worth all the effort. With ET38 you should be able to lower no problem at all (assuming theyre 7 x 17 anyway).
