wheels stripping.

Bought some 172 alloys that had been painted black.(very bad job too)
Been slapping on the nitromorse but this is a slow painfull process. Anyone know a cheap n cheerful way of stripping wheels other than a pro wheel refurber?

Elbow grease and loads of different grades of wet and dry

Take it to a powder coaters but just ask them to shot blast them.

just be careful and ask to see a sample of their blasting first as some places use a too coarse abrasive for use on wheels

Just sent an email to a local shot blaster to find out how much they charge. only a 5 min drive too so easy to pop down and take a look at what they do.
They advertise a whole range of services so my have the right gear to do alloys???
