Where to buy Nikon D60 ?

Bare with me guys as i'm no camera buff .

Didnt realise before i read revels sticky that the nikon D60 was discontinued .My mrs was going to get me this for Christmas but looks like i will have to buy sooner before none left .

This will be my first entry into SLR's ,now before anyone says go for the D5000 etc ,i want a good camera but as an amateur don't see the point in paying £500+ on a camera initially .

From searching i see Argos still have the D60 for £379 including lens ,is there anywhere better that still has the D60 ?

Get the D3000? Not much more than the D60 if you shop around.

You can probably find it cheaper and its the modern day D60 with a few more features.

Decided to go for the D3000 ,after a bit of looking around ,managed to get the VR kit for £379 .
