white pen? on rear bumper

hi what can be used to remove the white pen that breakers use to mark panels bumpers ect.

meths dont work nail varnish remover does a little but its proper hard work getting it off.

any ideas?

whats that? its on the black strip so the textured bit doesnt help as its harder to get at

If it on textured plastic can it no be picked off?

it was kinda like a thick tipex its off now tho used a dish cloth, nail varnish remover and pen for brute force.
