white spots on car? help

can anyone tell me what these are and how to get them off. I took my clio to the local hand car wash yesterday and i have just noticed them so i'm guessing it's maybe something they have done?. If i run my finger across them i cant fell anything i have tried washing them out but with no joy.

i usually do it myself but i have ran out of shampoo etc so i thought for a fiver i'll try it. Is this permanent? i really hope not

It's where moisture has got under the coat and spread out, a majority of the time anyway.

Can try using a buffer, but if you've never used one I wouldn't bother.

Or try ScratchX.

i think i have some t-cut lying around will that do the same job?

I just used a buffer, but as advised, don't use one if you haven't before. Not on your car anyway.

nah i haven't i'll just try good old elbow grease and hope for the best. Thanks for the help
