You're right, I was thinking of a different one. The one you've posted has had the front bumper sprayed at some point though

Having just been outside in the rain and the dark, I can confirm that the black plasticy insert things in the little gaps in the bumper, are in fact, plastic inserts.

I dont get the 'its got the stickers missing, it must have been in an accident, one to avoid' thing. I know soooooo many people, and people on here, that will get a front end spray to cover stone chips. And these cars by their very nature get lots of stone chips. A bonus in my books!
