Why did they put James May in the 200?!

Just caught the end of Top Gear on Dave and gutted that they put James May in the 200 against the DS3 and Abarth...

I only caught the end, but they were racing around Monaco and he got passed with ease by the DS3 and Abarth which would not happen with a half decent driver behind the wheel.

Did you not see the clarkson DVD where they tested the 200 vs ds3r with the same driver?

200 was 1 sec faster.
