why do my wipers

hi why do they sound like their a bag of shite they make all sorts of noises when they are goin but it aint the wiper blades any one have the same problem how can i fix em

a bloke took them off to fix my water bottle and ever since they sound fucked but he says that they were like tht they clearly werent the knob so if it aint the motor wht else could it be
