Widest wheels on a clio?

Seen a few 8j's and one 9j. Anyone have pictures of these? if so offset, tyre etc.

Not asking as i want to be 'scene' and stick widest wheels possible on, just curious as to what people have got to fit under their arches and purpose.

Am i right in saying that wider doesn't always mean better in terms of being able to put power down and such?

im running comp th's in 8"s on et 25 with 215 45 15's rear arches scrub so its off to body shop for them to be pulled and rolled

You'll get more grip when cornering and braking but suffer slower acceleration and less MPG, and more noise as they are heavier.
