Will these coilovers rub with 17"alloys?

will fk high sport 40-70mm (54mm) coil overs fit my 1.2 16v clio 04?
And will i be able to lower it at least 40mm with 17" alloys on with out rubbing?

depends on how low you go. i had them on but needed 5mm spacers on the front. it rubbed a little bit on full lock but was otherwise fine. if you put them to the bottom and remove archliners you shouldn't have any problems at all

and is your car a 1.2 dymanique?

They were the same kit but I cant remember what the hub spacing was. Sorry mate, its been almost a year since i had my clio

measure the bolt spacing (centre to centre) i'm pretty sure all 1.2 16v's from 01/02 on are 58mm

mine is 04, just measured and its 58mm. so just ordered the fk highsport 58mm coil overs. Hopefully get -50mm with out rubbing (fingers crossed)
