Windscreen washer rubber tubing

My driver's side tubing keeps popping off the nozzle (this is surprisingly infuriating) and I think the rubber is a bit too slack.

Can anyone recommend a source for replacement rubber tubing that works well to save me forking out a relative fortune on this Renault stuff please?-
