Wiring 6x9s

hi, can any one tell me what pannels i will have to take off the inside of my car inorder to get to the rear door speaker cables on a mk2 5 door, and is it easy enough to do or is there any certain way to do it??

The back pannels come off completly, not just the speaker grill.. its one piece. Go gently, start where the cup holders are and it all up pops. then undo the speakers to see the speaker wires.

I just poked my 6x9 wire from the boot into the speaker holes and soldered the wires together.

you are talkin about a 5 door arnt you? just i thort i wudnt b able to run the wires from the door itself but 1 of the pannels that the wires run along to get to the rear doors???

"bump" what pannels do the cables run along as i want to cut them off before they go into the door and run them from there into the boot gona try doin it 2day dont wonna make a mes by doin it wrong

if they are runing off the HU then your best be IMO would be to cut the correct wires at the back of the HU and run totally new wires.

yea if running straight off the headunit buy some decent cable run it from the parcel shelf tucking it underneath the on the passengers side of the car to hide it or unclip the carpet and put it underneath that
